As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function. This role will involve managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding new talent, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
  2. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
  4. Partner with department managers to address staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
  5. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including compensation, career development, and workplace policies.
  6. Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  7. Manage HR metrics and reporting to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and proactively recommend new approaches to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change within the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
