Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience in GIS, MMS, remote sensing, and surveying.
- Proficiency in geomatics software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of geospatial data management and analysis.
- Experience with GPS equipment and field survey techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in geospatial data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization and map creation.
- Experience with geospatial database development and management.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Ability to conduct research and stay current with advancements in geomatics technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to provide technical support and training to team members.
- Experience in project planning and proposal development.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate survey equipment.
Education and Experiences Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Geospatial Science, Surveying, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Experience using hand surveying tools (distance measuring wheels, plumb bobs, levels) and electronic surveying tools (transit levels, GPS equipment).
- Working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Languages required: Arabic (English is also preferred).
